The bill is aimed at the implementation of the Guarantees 3 "Customs" given by Ukraine in the framework of the preparation for the participation in UEFA tender on the right to conduct a final part of Europe Football Championship 2012.
The bill (Reg. No6411) envisages:
implementation for UEFA, participants of the championship and its officials temporary rules on entrance of the customs territory of Ukraine and exportation of the goods and products necessary for the conduction of the championship;
implementation for the participants of the championship and its officials of the temporary rules on importation and exportation on/from the customs territory of Ukraine of personal belongings and transport vehicles;
regulation for UEFA, championship participants and its officials the issue on taxation exemption of the operations on importation on the territory of Ukraine of goods, envisages by article 11 of the bill.
Relevant amendments are introduced to the Customs Code of Ukraine, Laws "On Single Customs Tariff", "On Value-Added Tax", "On Organization and Conduction of the Final part of the Europe Football Championship 2012 in Ukraine."
